to Succeed Now>
Production
There are many ways to produce your information products and you
can make money with each format. The key driver in your product
design decision should be what format most interests your customer
base?
We have printed trade paperback books,
booklets, and special reports. When its practical, branch
out into E-books, audio and video. By the way, the buyer at One
library distributor recently told me that cassette tapes are declining
in popularity and CD is the current preferred format.
The key to
success is to produce information
that is valuable to your customers and
in a format that meets their needs.
Producing Your Information Product.
There are numerous formats in addition to the traditional book format;
but remember, the key to success is to meet your customers
needs:
- Traditional Books. For information on book
manufacturing, send an E-mail to Karl Frauhammer at McNaughton
& Gunn in Saline, Michigan: mailto:karlf@mcnaughton-gunn.com
or visit their Web site at www.bookprinters.com
- Print on Demand or POD is an incredible new
publishing method that enables authors and publishers to publish
books in very small or micro print runs. In effect, a customer
can order a copy of your book and the publisher manufactures books
to meet this demand and can still turn a profit. With new printing
and book manufacturing technology, POD has become a terrific way
to get started in publishing and make money relatively quickly.
Infinity Publishing of Haverford, PA is a leader in this production
technique. To learn more, visit www.InfinityPublishing.com

graphic designer to convert your documents into Adobe® PDF
files.
- Then theres the Local Copy Center.

only a handful, visit your local copy center. Kinkos®
